Performance and Operating Principle
The KDCR is an automatic, pneumatically controlled double clipper. Depending on portion size, the machine delivers a throughput of up to 130 cycles per minute. The spool magazine is designed to produce up to 3,500 clips without changing the clip spool, reducing the number of stops during operation.
A special product ejection system and a sliding casing brake allow for processing delicate natural casings. Casing shirring, ejector operation, and clipping pressure can be adjusted depending on the product and casing used. Current manufacturer information also confirms the ability to customize these parameters.
Portion Formation
For the production of visually consistent portions, the KDCR can be equipped with a measuring arm control system. It compensates for natural variations in diameter and shape of natural casings, producing products with a more uniform appearance.
Hygiene and Maintenance
The machine body and main components are made of stainless steel. Smooth, inclined surfaces and easy access to the work areas simplify cleaning and maintenance.
A mobile base on casters allows for convenient positioning of the machine in the production area. Two-hand control is provided for increased operator safety. KDCR complies with the requirements of the EN 13885 standard for clipping machines.
