The TTBag Series is a TIPPER TIE packaging machine designed specifically for the packaging and clipping of whole poultry carcasses. Packaging and Clipping
The TTBag series is designed primarily for poultry processing plants. The operator places the carcass into the bag, secures the product, assembles the bag mouth, and closes it with a clip. Z95, 100T, or K100 spool clips are used depending on the model; plastic clips are also available for certain configurations.
In the current brochure, the manufacturer states that the TTBag and TTBagV provide up to 20 packaging operations per minute, or up to 10 fully packaged and clipped products per minute, with a single operator. For TTBag, productivity can be doubled by installing a second clamping station, a second clipper, and a second operator.
Model Differences
TTBag is a universal basic system for packing poultry into bags. It can be equipped with one or two clippers and work stations.
TTBagV is designed for vertical packaging. The bag is automatically opened by a stream of air, after which the operator places the product inside and transfers the bag mouth to a horizontal clipper.
TTBagS is designed for shrink bags. The bag is automatically opened by a stream of air, and constant tension is maintained by two rollers. One operator can pack up to 40 birds per minute. The machine can be used as a standalone station with vacuum nozzles, a pump, and clippers, or connected to a factory vacuum system. TTBagH is presented in the provided catalog as a semi-automatic wicket bag system with continuous operation and a throughput of up to 15 cycles per minute.
Hygienic design
The machines are made of stainless steel. Smooth surfaces have no protruding joints or hard-to-reach corners where dirt can accumulate. Inclined surfaces provide access to work areas and facilitate regular sanitization. This design is retained in the manufacturer's more recent brochure.
Dimensions are given without the carcass fixation device and clipper. Noise level values are given in accordance with EN ISO 11204:1995.
An automatic labeling system is available for the TTBag and TTBagS. The TTBagS also comes with a mastic stamp or inkjet printer. The TTBagS can also be equipped with two carcass clamping stations, vacuum nozzles, a vacuum pump, and clippers, or connected to the plant's centralized vacuum system. The TTBag can be equipped with a second clamping station and a second clipper, increasing productivity when two operators are needed.
