Automatic Double Clippers TT1815 and TT1512
About the product
The TT1815 and TT1512 are automatic double clippers with TIPPER TIE technology for high-performance closing of plastic, fibrous, and collagen casings. The TT1815 operates with calibers from 35–140 mm, while the TT1512 operates with calibers from 20–80 mm. These machines connect to standard vacuum fillers and ensure precise clipping of individual portions, chains, and ring-shaped products without leaving product residue at the ends of the casing. Touch controls, a servo drive, and electronic clipping force control ensure stable and safe operation.

Performance and Application
The TT1815 and TT1512 are designed for automatic double-clipping of plastic, fibrous, and collagen casings. Quick changeover to a different clip pitch allows the equipment to be used for a wide range of calibers and various product types.
The TT1815 handles casings with a caliber of 35–140 mm and provides a throughput of up to 130 portions per minute.
The TT1512 is designed for smaller calibers and provides a throughput of up to 200 portions per minute. The manufacturer's current product page for the TT1512 lists a range of 20-80 mm.
In addition to sausages, the manufacturer specifies the equipment's suitability for minced meat and fish, surimi, vegetable products, cheese curds, soups, sauces, pet food, and other food and non-food products.
Electronic Clipping Force Control
The NewCon system monitors the actual clip closing force. If the set limit is exceeded, a safety system stops the machine, preventing damage to the equipment.
Clipping force parameters can be saved in the program and reused during production. The current value is shown on the display.
Drive and Operating Mechanism
The machines are equipped with a maintenance-free servo drive and a programmable control system. The product displacement mechanism operates via a cam system.
All drive levers are made of stainless cast steel. The cam mechanism is designed for long service life and minimal wear.
Touchscreen Control
The TT1815 and TT1512 are controlled via a touchscreen. From it, the operator can control:
machine operating parameters;
manual rotation of the cam mechanism during maintenance;
positioning the mechanism for knife replacement;
position for tool replacement;
machine position for washing.
The machines have 20 operating speeds and a continuous mode.
Hygienic design
The equipment is made of stainless steel. Smooth surfaces without protruding fastener heads and hard-to-reach corners facilitate sanitization.
Horizontal surfaces have a slope of approximately 3°, allowing water to drain freely after washing. The drive, valves, and control system are protected by casings from water and dirt.
BSZ 105-2 Loop Feeder
Designed for automatic placement of loops on a product directly during the production cycle.
Loose Packing System for TT1815
Allows you to work with molded products without air inclusions. Maximum displacement is up to 130 mm.
Clip and loop end control
Tracks the availability of consumables and helps prevent production stoppages due to their depletion.
TagPrint 60 labeling system
Allows you to integrate product labeling into the clipping process.
Single clipping
Additional machine operation mode for applications that do not require standard double closure.
Twine feed device
Used in the production of ring-shaped products.
Length portioning
Mechanical and optical portion length control options are available.
Interchangeable casing feed systems
A tilt head, V-shaped turret head, and parallel Turret head. They allow the machine to be adapted to the production process and speed up casing changes.
Conveyor belt and inclined chute
Used for the organized removal of finished products from the work area.
Clip coding
Allows identification information to be applied directly to the clip.
Pneumatic casing brake
Designed for careful handling of sensitive casings.
End of casing control
Detects the end of a casing during the production process.
Front wheel
Facilitates movement and positioning of the machine within the production area.
